Global sourcing and fulfillment platform HyperSKU has announced that it has invested in BigBuy’s recent international financing round of 4 million euros. Spanish ecommerce and dropshipping technology platform BigBuy said that the funding will support further growth.
HyperSKU is a global supply chain platform for ecommerce brands. It provides solutions like sourcing, customization, warehousing and global fulfillment. According to the company, it currently serves more than 200,000 sellers worldwide.
Ecommerce is operationally complex in Europe
Ecommerce in Europe is known for its attractive, but operationally complex markets. There are over more than 200 channels where customers shop, as well as diverse regulations and localized customer expectations. This means that to grow, online retailers need a strong supply-chain execution, fulfillment, inventory coordination and access to localized infrastructures. BigBuy, a popular European wholesale platform, helps online sellers in that aspect, by offering a unified European technology and distribution layer.
Participation in round of 4 million euros
Last year, BigBuy announced Kaazar Capital as a minority investor. That stake is no longer part of the agreement. Recently, the company raised 4 million euros in an international funding round, with HyperSKU joining as a strategic investor. The round also includes Zamit II, the investment vehicle of Spanish financial group GVC Gaesco, which invested after recognizing BigBuy’s solid foundations, strategic position and growth potential.
‘Stronger support for localized fulfillment’
According to HyperSKU, now that it is combined with BigBuy’s European platform, sellers gain a more integrated model that connects sourcing, customization, overseas warehousing and localized distribution with greater visibility and control. This will help sellers reduce operational complexity, improve execution and scale more effectively in Europe.
“Infrastructure has become the deciding factor”, said Shawn Zhao, CEO of HyperSKU. “Brands that control sourcing, fulfill effectively, and adapt to local market needs are better positioned to grow sustainably. Our strategic relationship with BigBuy strengthens the operating model behind that growth.”

New phase for BigBuy
With the new funding, BigBuy can also continue investing in AI-driven capabilities. These include dynamic pricing, inventory optimization and catalog automation. Victor Amarnani, CEO of BigBuy, said: “This transaction consolidates BigBuy as a key player in the European ecommerce infrastructure, connecting supply, demand, technology and logistics at a continental scale.”
The company emphasizes that its next phase is focused on stronger execution capacity, operational efficiency, and long-term scale in European ecommerce infrastructure.
